Snow Emergency Lifted

As of 4pm, 01/21/12, the Snow Emergency has been Lifted.

All vehicles parked in the municipal lots have 24 hours from the end of the Snow Emergency to move their vehicles so those lots can be cleaned. Normal regulations will then go into effect.
