NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW 1 OF 2015
VILLAGE OF WALDEN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Walden will hold a Public Hearing on January 6, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, One Municipal Square, Walden, NY 12586 to consider the adoption of Introductory Local Law No. 1 of 2015. Said local law amends the Village Code by amending the Chapter 291, Section 291-19 of the Code of the Village of Walden by the addition of the area from the intersection of Highland Avenue and East Main Street to the intersection of Highland Avenue and Woodruff Street as being No Parking at any time.
A copy of the proposed local law is available for public inspection at the Village Clerk’s Office at One Municipal Square, Walden, NY during regular business hours. It is also available by clicking here. At the above date, time and place, all interested persons will be heard. Written comments will be received no later than January 6, 2015.
